While there are a number of elements that we like in this design: a) it's bright with LED light control b) has the staging in the corner that can still be used by customers when no acts are scheduled c) tried to incorporate some idea with grow boxes; there were still a few fairly big misses for us in terms of minimum requirements and practicality: 1. We gave dimensions and images for the custom built 8-tap beer cooler server system, but we see only 3 taps on the counter. 2. We find it highly impractical putting grow boxes under some of the seating space. On the side where it is meshed off, leaves no room for guests to put their feet under the counter. On the side where it is open, what is to stop customers (children/adults) from harassing and harming the plants we might have growing there? It's also not within public kitchen food safety codes to have such a design, and is why we said the grow boxes must be encased and elevated. 3. The kitchen/bar service area seems much too small, especially since our 8-tap cooler system was excluded from the design. 4. We don't see the point or purpose in putting the video wall inside, in the entrance, by the toilet. This are very expensive systems to have installed, why would we do so in a place that gave us no street appeal?
