I regretfully am unable to complete my submission for design of your Beach Harbor Holiday Home.
I am sending an attachment of what I did complete.
If you can see in my drawings, I had planned on turning the home at a 45 degree to the beach front in order to capture more of the views to the ocean. Almost every room should have an ocean view along with a pool side connection. I had planned to retain the "Hampton Farm House" look to the exterior you had originally asked for.
The Garage was to have a flat roof which would be used for the helipad. The front and rear walls would have a gable "facade" to hide the helipad. Within these gable ends the would be an opening on either end mimicking a window. Within the Mudroom, I have located a stair which accesses the Helipad so that it would allow easy entrance into the home during challenging weather.
I had intended to place 2 secondary bedrooms above the Master Suite area. These rooms would each look onto the rear of the home with views to the ocean as well as the pool courtyard. They would share a bath.
I designed a Guest Cabana separate fro the home, along side the pool. This would have an upper floor Master Suite with Balcony looking onto the pool as well as ocean views. Outside of the Cabana would be outdoor showers for use by outside of the Cabana.
In my business, I take pride in designing homes with great design and great livability. I do this by getting to know my clients as well as their home site. I make visits which inspire me on the design. I would love to do this for you , if you are pleased with the direction I have already taken with your project.
I will attach completed sketches to my website www.seideldesigngroup.com as I complete the work this week so you can see if you are interested. I would love to contract with you to complete work on this exciting project and work more closely with you.
