The solution I submitted is all about designing a clean minimalist space with a touch of elegance and sophistication. I divided the plan into 4 spaces, the main one at the entrance is dedicated to the sinks and the bathtub, which must stay in the middle to ensure freedom of movement. Behind the sinks there is a proper shower room on a raised floor that guarantees the correct plumbing and allows the installation of a minimalist shower plate. On the opposite side two more spaces are designed, one for the toilet (nearest to the window), and one for storage and/or a vanity desk.
The materials are all polished natural stone and marble and the fixtures are in line with your requests.
The only suggestion I could add is that in my opinion a rounded bathtub would look even better, but that is just my taste so I put down a rectangular one for you;-).
The touch of luxury is a partition which divides the toilet and the main space, I covered it in gold Onyx a magnificent material which would look even better if backlit, should the budget allow it would be make your bathroom really special.
